Supply Chain Partner of the Year

Entry Criteria

The timber supply chain is long and complex and includes a vast range of businesses making the sector run smoothly. This includes those taking material from the forest to primary processors, merchants, key product manufacturers and suppliers to end users.

For all projects to operate efficiently and reach a successful conclusion/completed building, a huge collaborative effort is required based on industry relationships, reliability, business confidence and understanding the pressures each step of the supply chain operates under.

Entries can be an individual, small business or group supplier that have worked on a specific project or a multiple site scheme, large and small-scale, both in footprint, scope and budget. The winner will have shown clear understanding of the timber supply chain and the need for collaborative networks, logistical planning, quality control, managing risk, choice of appropriate products, building successful working partnerships, and using digital tools to deliver a sustainable streamlined project.
