The 2025 Structural Timber Awards have announced their finalists, celebrating excellence in timber construction across the UK. Categories include Project of the Year, Custom & Self-Build, Education, Healthcare, Commercial/Infrastructure, Retail & Leisure, and Private Housing, along with individual awards such as Engineer of the Year, Pioneer Award, and Manufacturer of the Year.

Projects and teams have been recognized for innovation, sustainability, and outstanding design, highlighting the growing impact of timber technology in modern construction. The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 1st October 2025 at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham.
